Enroll in Workplace Kaizen Excursions to gain valuable insights and skills in Lean Improvement. Explore administrative perspectives, use Kaizen tools, and work with Subject Matter Expert teams to design blueprints for sustainable workplace transformation.

Learn to create Kaizen Workplace diagrams, assess risks, draw process maps, conduct direct process observations, identify waste, and develop improvement plans. Acquire expertise in Lean Improvement metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while establishing accountability plans for long-term sustainability.

Participant Criteria?

•Participants do not need to be a Certified Lean Six Sigma Professional,

•The desire to learn the practical lean methods organizational transformation and sustainable success
