The Workplace Kaizen Excursions focuses on the process of observing and understanding how to transform the current workplace conditions from an administrative view into an efficient and sustainable environment.  It employs Lean Improvement tools and Subject Matter Expert teams that design the blueprint for  Lean Workplace Sustainability.

This course gives participants the knowledge of specific lean tools and the opportunity to use them in a  “real time” work environment from a Subject Matter Expert’s perspective.
